Reliable Transportation, Transparent Pricing
At Aim Medical Mobility, our goal is to provide safe, dependable, and on-time transportation for every passenger. We understand that medical appointments are important, and our team is committed to making each trip smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
To maintain reliable service, certain situations require additional time, scheduling coordination, or driver availability outside normal routes. These additional service fees help cover driver time, fuel, and scheduling resources so we can continue providing dependable transportation to all of our riders.
Additional Services & Fees
- Same-Day Scheduling: +$25
- Late Cancellation (less than 2 hours notice): $30
- No-Show (driver dispatched and unable to complete trip): $50
- Weekend Service: $30
- Holiday Service: $60

Aim Medical Mobility was founded by a husband-and-wife team with one simple goal: to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation.
With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Marvin, Owner & Founder, brings a strong foundation in vehicle safety, maintenance, and reliability. His long-standing vision for transportation became the heart of Aim Medical Mobility.
Joanne, Co-Founder & Director of Operations, holds an associate degree in Healthcare Administration and has nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare-focused environments. Her background in patient care, privacy, and professionalism shapes how we serve every rider.
