At Aim Medical Mobility, our goal is to provide safe, dependable, and on-time transportation for every passenger. We understand that medical appointments are important, and our team is committed to making each trip smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

To maintain reliable service, certain situations require additional time, scheduling coordination, or driver availability outside normal routes. These additional service fees help cover driver time, fuel, and scheduling resources so we can continue providing dependable transportation to all of our riders.

Payment and Booking Policy

Full payment is required to reserve and confirm transportation services. Requested dates and pickup times are not secured until payment has been received in full. Availability is subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

For trips requiring driver wait time, estimated wait-time charges are collected at booking based on the anticipated length of the appointment or requested wait period. Final wait-time charges are based on the actual wait time incurred.

If the actual wait time exceeds the amount prepaid, any additional wait-time balance will be invoiced after transportation services are completed and is due upon receipt. Balances not paid within 24 hours may be subject to a late payment fee.

If the actual wait time is less than the amount prepaid, the unused wait-time amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

The first 15 minutes of wait time are complimentary. After the complimentary period, wait time is billed at the applicable Ambulatory or Wheelchair wait-time rate.

Cancellations made before the applicable late-cancellation window may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a $30 late cancellation fee. No-shows or situations in which a driver has been dispatched but is unable to complete the scheduled trip may result in a $50 no-show fee and/or forfeiture of the transportation payment, as applicable.

Cancellations made prior to the late cancellation window may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to the applicable $30 late cancellation fee. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the transportation payment.
